It is inevitable that I will reach the edge of the page while sketching. I enjoy larger sketchbooks for that reason. Normally I revise the sketch before importing it into the computer but in this case I decided to make the adjustments in Illustrator.

Here’s the final version. I chose colors to be bright, contrasting and exciting. The logo is currently being used for YouTube and t-shirts designs. My original design was making a cross between a frog and a monkey. I started over and decided that it would be cleaner to make the frog act like a monkey instead. I incorporated a monkey’s tail to be used as a part of the circle.
